If you set your goals you
will most likely reach them. Having a reminder of your goals is a good
motivation because you don’t try to succeed them you would feel bad. For
example last year I had said I’m going to lose weight but since I didn't write
it down or have a calendar to decide when the days I will exercise I kind of
just let that go. This year I've made some bit of progress because I decided the days I will exercise and my rest days. I also made a chart of what I will
eat so that I don’t go overboard on eating. By the time summer comes I will
have hopefully made great progress and when 2015 comes along I hope to be in
the best shape of my life.
